  • In these intimate communities, you’ll receive support encouragement, and ideas from other attendees also working on their health journey. Built-in accountability will help you keep moving toward your health goals. 

    These groups will focus on one topic, such as: reducing stress, gaining control of your time, healthier eating, sleep hygiene, or exercise.

    • One individual 45-minute session

    • Four weekly one-hour group coaching sessions; 4 -12 participants

    • Access to private FB group
